In breaking news, Wild Polly beers are ULTRA-LOW CARB! As part of our ongoing quality assurance process recent independent testing has told us that, as usual, the beers are 100% Gluten Free. It also gave us some very exciting news that the beers are also ULTRA-LOW CARB, we guessed as much, but the results showed carbohydrate levels of about 0.5 gram per 100 grams. That’s less than 2 grams of carb per can!
So, now you can drink with confidence that there is no gluten, and not many carbs in every can of fresh Wild Polly Pale Ale, IPA and the Limited Release Hop Harvest.
Just letting you all know about my new beer – Wild Polly Hop Harvest Ale – this Limited Release is made using all the hops grown here on my farm at Gundaroo – Cascade, Victoria, Chinook and Columbus varieties. The brew has matched three types of malted grain that I sourced direct from Aussie farmers, so I can vouch for all the grain and hops is 100% Australian and grown either on my farm or by other small farming operations.
This has produced a one-of-a-kind brew that has fantastic flavour, aroma and colour. This is the ultimate ‘Paddock to Pint’ beer!
