Ultra-Low Carb & Gluten Free

We use tried and tested brewing techniques and traditional beer ingredients of malted grain, hops, yeast and water. Wild Polly beers are crafted locally in Canberra using our own recipes and carefully selected ingredients. We select only the best Australian grown grains, bought straight from Aussie farmers and malted in the Riverina.

Unlike most brewers all of Wild Polly’s beers are made exclusively from ancient grains. These grains are considered “ancient” due to their long use by human society. This includes our secret mix of Australian grown malted sorghum, millet, rice, buckwheat and other grains, so all Wild Polly beers are NATURALY GLUTEN FREE. Wild Polly beers are tested and certified as being gluten free and safe for people with coeliac disease by an independent laboratory.

Due to our unique brewing process all Wild Polly beers are ULTRA-LOW CARB, that means no residual sugar so are a great alternative that will help you lay off those additional sugar-laden carbohydrates when you crack a can.

Wild Polly cans are a great way to experience craft beer. Cans keep your beer fresher for longer, by keeping out the sun and sealing tighter to stop oxygen getting in, so all that beery goodness is protected from UV light and other enemies of beer. Tinnies also chill quicker, so you can crack a cold one when you want. Cans are much lighter, 100% recyclable, don’t break when you drop them and pack closer together, so are better for the environment. So make sure you reach for a can to help out Mother Nature.

Beer in cans is fresher and tastier! Enjoy straight from the can, but if you decide to pour into a glass, for best results, pour quickly to maximise initial carbonation and head retention.

Ensure your Wild Polly brew has all the wonderful characteristics that we hand craft with every beer by drinking fresh (we put the package date on all our cans) and keep cold at all times (treat it like milk!). Age, heat and poor handling will affect the beer, so treat it with care!

Light and refreshing with aromatic hops and malty undertones perfectly balance by Wild Polly’s secret blend of ancient grains.

IPA (India Pale Ale)

Ultra-low Carb & Gluten Free

Paradise in a beer! A hopped-up juicy, tropical India Pale Ale, perfectly balanced by Wild Polly’s secret blend of ancient grains. Lightly carbonated to enhance the hoppy experience.

Gently carbonated, unfiltered, unpasteurised and preservative free.
